We approach our practice in three ways.
This approach is designed to emphasize the noumena (non-material)
and less and less the phenomena (material).
It all works together toward one goal.
MIND
why is it easy to grow powerful
access to choice through practice?
BODY
why is it easy to grow peace,
strength and ease in our bodies?
SPIRIT
why is it easy to grow presence
to love through practice?
Four Weeks of Surrender
Gratitude
simply redirect the energy
Forgiveness
mine your self-judgement
Humility
release what you hold
Knowledge
know thyself, know the truth
Week One
This week:
Surrender by practicing GRATITUDE!
MIND
Gratitude Practice Video
Gratitude Video with CAPTIONS
BODY
Be mindful to do what works for you. This is an invitation to expand whatever existing practice you may already have.
Upon rising drink one room temperature to warm glass of water (NOT hot).
Prepare your water for the day and sing the word love into it. Every time you drink give thanks for the love that fills you.
REMEMBER: It is a practice. Doing it is the point whether you "believe" in it or not.
SPIRIT
Our spiritual practice(s) is non-linear. It draws us into the world of energy, the world of the invisible.
Upon waking,* even if your eyes are not open yet, smile with your whole face. Repeat as fast as you can for 30 seconds: Why is it so easy to surrender to divine love?
*after you right down your dream if that is an existing practice for you.
Some... wait for something
To change and nothing
Does change
So they change
Themselves.

Week Two
This week:
Surrender by practicing FOREGIVENESS!
The antidote to judgment is love. The process to get there is forgiveness. Ultimately, all judgement IS self-judgement. When we find ourselves in judgement we can practice.
Try Gratitude; Try Self-Forgiveness -
Search for the quality you are judging to see where it shows up within you.
Foregiveness (video with captions)
As we practice self-forgiveness and self-love we strengthen our capacity to practice love with others.
Week Three
This week:
Surrender by practicing Humility!
In Bible/Abrahamic traditions
Proverbs 1:7 says,"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." Proverbs 9:10 says "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."
I believe the type of fear here is humility, reverence, respect. The humility to know, despite what it looks like another person (TRY THIS ON... IT'S NOT AN EASY PRACTICE...) is not wrong despite the fact that it may seem that they are OBVIOUSLY WRONG. This does NOT mean that we do not have standards. We STILL must have integrity, agreements and hold each other accountable.
As we practice surrender through humility we get to revisit innocence, naivety, wonder and possibility.
Week Four
This week:
Surrender by practicing Knowledge!
As we continue to reflect on
Proverbs 1:7 says,"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." Proverbs 9:10 says "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." from last practice I hope something knew emerges.
Consider that fear means I here is humility, reverence, respect. When we acknowledge that we do not know AND when we release what we previously felt was most true an dear to us, WE HAVE ACCESS to a more expansive and liberative truth than the limits that our culture impose to keep us in line, in our box, in our place.
